Communications Channels

The HPP WEEKLY

The HPP WEEKLY as the name states is published 52 weeks per year. We welcome articles and photos about upcoming events and reports about events that have already happened.

Thursday Email

Every Thursday an email is distributed to those within the HPPC database who have requested this service. The coming Sunday’s Sermon title, Hymns and other worship information is featured along with information about events that are happening that week. Information is most often in bullet form to allow skimming of information pertinent to the reader.

Sunday Worship Bulletin Announcements

Announcements arranged in the order of the five “C’s” of the Discipleship Challenge are included in the Sunday Worship Bulletin. The order of presentation and events listed enable members to plan their weekly calendar in the context of balanced discipleship activities.

Our newly designed web site is HPPC’s front door to many who are seeking a new Church home. While each ministry team is responsible for the upkeep of their web presence, the communications team stands ready to assist in maximizing each team’s unique offerings. There is also a church-wide calendar that provides an overview of upcoming events.

Glass Boxes/Easels

Strategically placed around the HPPC facility, these displays offer additional exposure for upcoming events. We encourage ministry teams to develop unique displays for these boards but we can also develop posters that fit within the boxes or can be displayed on poster boards hung on easels.
