Worship-centered

  • Worship is the central activity of the church.
  • Worship is a joyful expression of our relationship with God.
  • We are refreshed, rejuvenated, nourished and transformed by worship.
Disciple-making

We value disciple-making as a continual cycle of bringing people to Christ, growing and equipping them in the faith, and sending them into the world to serve. We believe in disciples that can transform the world for Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Mission-focused

We value being a mission-driven church in which each of us makes new disciples by sharing the gospel through everything we do.

  • We emphasize sending and supporting missionaries everywhere.
  • Each of us is a missionary in our community
  • We partner with the larger church in God's worldwide Kingdom enterprise.
  • Our goal is to make disciples of Christ everywhere.
Every member ministering

We value a body of believers in which each of us is a minister equipped and mobilized to utilize our spiritual gifts for sacrificial, missional service to Jesus Christ through others. In doing so, each of us:

  • Will help to fulfill the Great Commission,
  • Has a unique and irreplaceable role in the body of Christ,
  • Will be intentionally encouraged and equipped to discover, develop and deploy our gifts.
Joyful stewardship

Recognizing that all things come from and belong to God, we value faithful, joyful and Biblical stewardship of all His gifts, including time, talents and financial resources.

  • Giving is a privilege, not a duty.
  • We invest our gifts to grow the Kingdom.
  • Giving should be taught and lived from a young age.
Leaders as equippers

We value passionate, accountable, servant leaders of all ages who will equip others for missional ministry and mentor others to become leaders themselves.

Faith-based risk-taking

Prayerfully convinced of the amazing sovereign hand of God, we value undertaking risks that we discern are from God, are consistent with scriptural principles, move us out of our comfort zone, and result in increased obedience to, dependence on and faith in God.

Caring covenant community

Inspired by God's grace, we value a caring covenant community, which grows out of loving relationships with Christ and one another, and requires reaching out to and investing in each other.

  • We are a conduit of God's grace through acts of forgiveness, comfort, care, encouragement and hospitality
  • We encourage small group communities for loving relationships, fellowship, accountability and care.
Welcoming all God's Kingdom

We value an intentionally open, demonstrably hospitable and welcoming Christian community that embraces the diversity of God's creation.
