Welcome to jetSTREAM (Junior High)
Hey JetStream,
So this is Jr. High!?! During 7th and 8th grade you experience a lot of change and we love to walk with you through it all! We consider it a privilege and specific calling from the Lord to know each of you. Throughout these two years we strive to be available to you, relevant, and above all else, true to the Lord Jesus Christ as we serve Him together. It is our goal to provide a you with a safe place to grow in confidence as a child of the King - figuring out who you are, and who He is. We know that 7th and 8th grade is a mix of establishing individuality and group dynamics. We will help you take the knowledge you have gained in JAM and make personal decisions to follow Christ everyday. Shifting knowledge from head to an overflow of the heart; discovering how faith and actions go hand in hand; acting on what you believe and making it your own.
We have designed our programs to meet both the group aspect and individual needs. (Please explore our JetStream page for event descriptions). We desire to walk with you where you are, while pointing you to Christ along the way. Thank you for your commitment and involvement at Highland Park Presbyterian Church! We hope that these years will be fruitful and fun. We are always open to hear how we can better serve you, so let us know! We are honored to lead you in ministry.
