Member Mobilization

The Member Mobilization Team wants to help you connect to the Body of Christ at HPPC. Serving should give you joy, and finding your specific niche will glorify God and be a lot of fun.

The Member Mobilization Team has the following goals from the Long Range Strategic Plan

  1. Regularly commission members to various church ministries. For more information on this objective, see this article Commissioning Servants. 
  2. Set up a proactive process to gather ministry needs and find church members to fill them. Target filling 10 per month.
  3. Have an average of two groups per quarter complete teh spiritual gifts process.
  4. Establish the process with Connection Task Force that each new church member is called by a certain date after joining to validate they are active in a ministry they are excited about.
  5. By the end of 2006, document that 950 Church members are active in a ministry more than 24 hours per year.  By year end 2007 – 1,300.
