The Member Mobilization Team wants to help you connect to the Body of Christ at HPPC. Serving should give you joy, and finding your specific niche will glorify God and be fullfilling.
The Member Mobilization Team has the following goals for a long range plan
- Regularly invite members to various church ministries and functions.
- Keep track of ministry needs and find church members to fill them.
- Stay in contact with each new church member after joining to validate they are active in a ministry they are excited about.
- Launch “Two by Two,” an initiative modeled after Jesus’ example of sending servants out in pairs. Encourage and promote active ministry servants to engage one inactive member to serve alongside them in ministry.
