Strategic Objectives
EM&O has adopted a set of core strategic objectives to guide the organization for the next program year and beyond:
- Unreached People: We will share the Gospel with the unreached and least-reached people of the world
- Innovation: We will harness technical & creative resources towards reaching those who don't know Christ
- Lost People: Cultivate a passion to reach lost people by: education, sharing testimonies of new believers
- Diversity: Diverse in age, economic, and ethnic background and partner in ministry with people who reflect this diversity
- Invitation: Actively seek to recruit, train, and mobilize an ever-increasing number and diversity of people to fulfill the mission of the EM&O ministries
- Leadership: We will cultivate servant leaders who develop servant leaders
- Communication: Create cohesive communication strategy engaging congregants raising awareness, interest, and ownership in EM&O ministries
- Evaluation: Build on the current strengths of existing ministries while also evaluating ministries that are not core to HPPC's mission, values, and future
