Traditional Worship

Sunday, 9:30 & 11:00 in the Sanctuary

Expressing our love to God in spirit and in truth, the worship services in our sanctuary contain majesty, grandeur, reverence, and joy balanced with moments of meditation, silence, and peace. The renowned Highland Park Presbyterian Church Chancel Choir leads the congregation in all the elements of our worship: adoration, confession, celebration, proclamation, and response.

Communion and baptisms are celebrated monthly and sermons by our Senior Pastor, Ron Scates, are integral components of our weekly worship.

Our Views on Worship

Worship is the center of everything we do here at HPPC. Authentic worship is always focused on God alone; it is something we "do," not something that we "go to and observe."

Please join us as we focus on God Almighty during our worship services. Ushers will greet you at the sanctuary doors and provide a bulletin for the service that contains an order of worship for you to follow. Aids for the hearing impaired are available from the ushers. Feel free to sit anywhere you are comfortable, and expect the service to last about one hour.

A number of our members are available at the front of the sanctuary after each service for anyone who needs prayer, questions answered, or someone to talk with.
