Our Adults Ministry provides multiple opportunities for community, learning, spiritual growth, and serving for those in their mid-30s through mid-60s. Whether you are single, married, or married with kids of any age, there are many ways for you to connect with others, develop your relationship with God, and make an impact the world.
Adults 30's and 40's Sunday Class
Join adults in their 30s to 40s on Sundays at 9:30 am in the Parlor as we build Christ-centered relationships and study God's word together. Throughout the week, there are also small groups, Bible studies, social gatherings and service opportunities as an extension of our community.
Adults 40's and 50's Sunday Class (Journey)
Journey is made up of adults, mostly married and aged 40 and older at 9:30 am in H019 (Hunt Building). Many couples having elementary aged children and older. A variety of speakers teach on topics such as Christian family life, specific books of the Bible, missionary and evangelical topics and current news from a biblical worldview. We have times for fellowship, prayer and teaching. Our goal is to help members strengthen their relationship with God, family and friends while helping connect people to Christ-centered service opportunities at HPPC and beyond.
Adults 50's and 60's Sunday Class (Acts Too)
Each Sunday, men and women primarily in their 60s gather for round table discussion that follows an informal lecture. Acts Too members enjoy serving together and social events outside of Sunday mornings. Meets Sundays at 9:30 am in H020 (Hunt Building).

Other 9:30 am classes for Adults include Connections (50s-70s - H017), Family Life Class (Room 118- Alexander Building), and the Trinity Class (Room 114 - Alexander Building)

Small groups exist to foster genuine relationships between men, women, and couples for the sake of spiritual formation and life change. Groups meet throughout the week on campus and in houses all over Dallas.
Anchor is an intergenerational gathering of women that seeks to be anchored in God’s truth and in relationship with one another in order to live out God’s call in the world. The study meets Wednesdays in the fall from 9:30–11 am in Elliott Hall. After a large group lesson, women break up into small groups for deeper discussion.
Ascent is at the core of our Men’s Ministry, where we learn how to become the leader that God has called us to be in our homes, workplaces, and communities. Every Tuesday, from 7–8 am in Elliott Hall, men of all ages and from all around Dallas, gather to study and grow together in round table groups. Seating is open and there’s no pre-registration; just show up as you are whenever you’re in town. You’ll leave inspired and encouraged and still make it to the office on time.
