The Early Childhood Ministry (Birth-K) is led by Teresa Murray and is designed from the ground up to to assist in growing your child’s understanding of God’s love through their interactions with caregivers, Bible stories, songs, and age-appropriate activities.

First Friday Story Time

1st Fridays of each month, 9:30–10:30 am,  June 2, July 7, Aug. 4

Join us on the first Friday of each month for an interactive storytime for young children and their parents. Each storytime will include a fun craft and snack. No reservations necessary.

Sunday Mornings

Nursery

Ages: 2 months–2.5 years
Times: 8 am–12:45 pm during all worship services. No advance reservations required.

Sunday School

Ages: 2.5 years–Kindergarten (by Sept. 1)
Times: 9:30 and 11 am. 

Classes follow our curriculum are are interactive, fun, scripturally-based, and age-appropriate. The 11 am Sunday school hour is a worship-based curriculum that takes children through the Bible thematically.

Ages 2 months–Kindergarten
Times: Monday–Thursday, 8 am–5 pm

Licensed Child Care Reservations

The Licensed Child Care welcomes families participating in HPPC, HPPDS and Hillier School-sponsored events that occur during our hours of operation. Advance reservations must be made a minimum of 72 business hours in advance. Deadline for Monday events is 12 pm on the prior Wednesday.

Evenings & Special Events

Mid-week Evening (ages 2 months–4th Grade)
    Wednesday: 5:45–9:45 pm

Special Events (ages 2 months–4th Grade)
    Days & Times are determined by the event and included in that event’s promotions.

Evenings & Special Event Reservations

Care is available with advance reservations made a minimum 72 business hours in advance.

 

The Woods - Indoor Play Space

Ages: 4 years and younger with adult supervision
Times: Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm 

Parents, grandparents and caregivers with children up through the age of four can spend Monday through Friday playing, exploring and connecting with others in our new, interactive and developmentally appropriate indoor play space (note: caregivers must stay with their children).

Highland Park Presbyterian Day School
