Refugee Outreach

He defends the cause of the fatherless and the widow, and loves the foreigner residing among you, giving them food and clothing. - Deuteronomy 10:18

HPPC is partnering with For the Nations: Refugee Outreach to welcome the foreigner into our city. Dallas is one of the top cities in the U.S. in receiving refugees. Truly the nations we are called to reach are within our reach.

Refugees are people who have fled their country of origin and who cannot return to their home due to fear of persecution based on their race, religion, ethnic group, or membership in a particular social or political group. They are assigned to a new location and come with no or very limited language skills or any support system for understanding how to navigate this culture for themselves or their children.
