And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ. Philippians 1:6
The Women’s Ministry is a community of Christ-filled women crossing many generations from all walks of life, sharing life’s joys, burdens and challenges in the context of knowing that God is working all things together for the good of those who believe in Him. Our desire is to promote spiritual growth and maturity in women, reflecting our belief in the authority of God’s Word and preeminence of Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. We offer:
- Bible studies that meet monthly or weekly
- Events with outstanding, biblical speakers
- Intergenerational fellowship
- Service opportunities
If you are not part of a weekly Bible Study or Monthly Circle and are interested in joining one, please call 214-525-4231 or email Janie Bell. All Bible studies are open to all women. HPPC membership is NOT required to participate.

Every fourth Monday from 9–11 am in Elliott Hall. We need your help to stuff “snugglies” and tie ribbons for items needed at area hospitals. No experience needed! Willing hands.
HPPC is partnering with this school in West Dallas (Pre-K–5th Grade) to provide volunteer and sponsorship opportunities to make a difference in the lives of these children! Currently, we are in need of 20 reading buddies to devote one hour a week to read with a child at AELC. Contact Caroline Krause.
Bonton is a “food desert” neighborhood located in South Dallas, and Bonton Farms is an urban farm created to make local, organic produce available to the surrounding community. Volunteers are needed to serve, plant seeds and feed animals. Contact Caroline Krause.

Tom Thumb Reward/Kroger Community Rewards Programs Benevolence Fund
By doing your grocery shopping at Tom Thumb and Kroger, the Women's Ministry receives donations from these stores and then distributes the money to schools, programs and organizations in need across the city. Do you know of a deserving program? Maybe you volunteer there or sit on an advisory board. Anyone can apply for funds! Please share this opportunity to bless others.
Link your Tom Thumb Reward card to our account #873 or use the Kroger bar code available in the Women’s office.
Please note: The Women’s Special Benevolence Committee meets quarterly (Feb., May, Aug. and Nov.). We have a $500 limit per organization per year for non-budgeted Women's Ministry benevolences. It is necessary for you to provide correct and complete contact information for the organization so money can be distributed in a timely manner. For questions contact Marie Crowe.
